Thompson & Knight, LLP, is a premier
legal counsel in the energy industry and has
offices in Texas, New York, and internationally.
Their luxury offices in Houston, housed on
four floors of Three Allen Center, have
been renovated multiple times by SCC since 2001.
Renovations totaling over five million dollars were
completed in phases and included the addition of
structurally complex interior staircases
to allow internal access between floors.
Smith International (Schlumberger)
Smith International (acquired by Schlumberger) has facilities worldwide, and provides an array of services in the field of energy
exploration and production. SCC has had the privilege
of providing over 35 million dollars in construction
services for Smith International since 1995. Included in
that number are multiple two to four story buildings,
including Smith International’s new Houston
corporate offices, multiple manufacturing facilities,
multiple warehouse facilities, and typical office buildouts
at their Houston facility.
Champions School of Real Estate
Champions School of Real Estate is on of the biggest and most respected schools for real estate licensure in Texas. SCC takes pride in being involved and working with Champions School of Real Estate on multiple facilities. Having provided over 10 million dollars in construction services in the past 20 years of professional relationship with them, SCC is proud to have most recently teamed with Champions on their new building on their campus in northwest Houston.
